my beansprout

i've had the chance to spend the last 2 days with my daughter. last time i saw her was a little less than 2 months ago and it seems that she has grown up an incredible amount in that time. children are amazing. she is so vibrant, happy, and full of life-- it's a joy to just be around her. tonight, when i put her to bed, she said she misses me when i'm gone. i hope that is always as short as possible.
